My Philosophy
Leadership is earned through service. Never demanded.
These are not campaign talking points. They are the convictions that have shaped how I lead, long before anyone asked me to run for anything.
On leadership
A position is given. Trust is earned.
Titles do not make a leader. Showing up consistently, in the small moments nobody is watching, does. Every leadership role I have held, from Scouting to school to business, was earned the same way: by serving first and asking questions later.

On promises
Results, not promises.
Running a business taught me something politics sometimes forgets: promises do not solve problems, results do. When someone trusts you with something that matters to them, excuses are worthless. Either it works, or it does not. I try to hold myself to that same standard everywhere else.
On trust
Trust comes before votes.
I am not interested in convincing anyone to think well of me. I would rather earn it, honestly and slowly, the same way I have tried to earn everything else. If that trust is ever extended to me through office, I intend to treat it as a responsibility, not a reward.
On staying
This does not end with an election.
Whether I hold public office or not, my commitment does not change. I will keep listening, keep learning, and keep showing up. Leadership, to me, is not a position. It is a commitment that outlasts any single election.
